- 24-hour cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to check-in
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's accomodation.
Terms and Conditions
- Absolutely NO alcohol is permitted on the property (Including inside rooms) unless purchased from our bar if alcohol is found we will ask you to vacant the premises.
- Check-in is available from 2:00pm to 7:30pm, if you arrive after reception closes, we will send you the late check in details via email.
- Check-out is at 10am, a Luggage storage is available from 8am.
- Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Freedom Rainbow without their parent or guardian.
- Guests staying in dormitory rooms must be aged 18-35.
- Accommodation must be paid in full at or prior to check-in. Bookings taken over the telephone will require payment of a deposit equal to one night’s accommodation for the booking.

- All guests are required to present valid photo identification when checking-in. Freedom Rainbow will only accept a valid international Passport for international guests. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check-in.
- Freedom only accepts EFTPOS payments.
